Abstract:

Over the past year, we have generated potentially tumor-reactive T cell clones from a number of patient samples. We screened BC patients CD8 T cells against autologous tumor cells. We have identified TCR sequences in CD8T cell clones which downstream analysis of antigen specificity will be assessed by the Denver team. The identification of these T cells will lead to downstream antigen discovery.
