This TOP describes generally accepted methods used to measure, analyze, and report the severitycondition of test environments and performance tests of traction and floatation of wheeled and tracked vehicles operating in low soil strength conditions. Data required to support the North Atlantic Treaty Organization NATO Reference Mobility Model NRMM are also presented and defined.
