Abstract:

Tiedown patterns for ground transport of bolstered B57 and B61 weapons, single and double stacked, on the MHU-12M trailer were designed and tested. Testing of the tiepoints on the deck of the MHU-12M trailer for adequate strength and optimum orientation was included.
