Abstract:

The objectives of the analysis were to identify entities within the Army that generate facility requirements, and to develop conceptual approaches for expressing quantitative requirements for the various types of facilities of both Class I and Class II activities. Within these objectives, subjects of analysis were the factors that generate facility requirements, the means by which relevant facility assets are reported, and existing Army force planning automated systems as potential data sources.
