The digital Computer Aided Radar Design program is a general radar system analysis tool that has been specifically designed for ease of operation, accuracy, and completeness. CARD allows the user to implement target and radar flight characteristics, antenna gain patterns, automatic weather, sea, or land clutter models, signal processing, and automatic maximum range calculations. The user input data sheet, FORTRAN IV listing, sample runs, and instructions for implementation on other computer systems are presented. In addition, the basic radar theory and equations used in the CARD program are given. Author
