Abstract:

This is the Final report on the Project Mallard Technique Support Study on Millimeter Investigations Task Directive TD-4. The aim of this Technique Support Study is quoting TD-4 to determine the effects of atmospheric conditions on the transmission of high speed digital signals over line-of-sight paths at millimeter wavelengths. Specifically, sufficient data shall be collected to allow for the determination of design parameters for millimeter systems for MALLARD applications.
