Abstract:

On 4 December 1968, a zero g test was made at Wright-Patterson AFB to evaluate procedures and equipment. The test objectives were to evaluate Alternate D-ring designs. EV ingress through the right hatch into the left seat with a DRC in the footwell. Push-off load test to determine maximum loads and velocities attained by crewman in inflated PSA.
