Abstract:

This report supplements Report F919, Gemini B Flight Effectiveness Model Report and is used in conjunction with F919 to develop the numerics necessary for presentation in the OV Effectiveness Assessment. The procedures, ground rules and assumptions used in the development of the numerics from receipt of raw data through transmittal of the resultant assessment, are presented.
