The objective of the program reported herein is to evaluate the effects of the addition of nitric oxide, acetonitrile and water on the ignition delay and pre-ignition chamber pressurization of space-ambient engines operating with nitrogen tetroxidemonomethyl hydrazine and nitrogen textroxideaerozine-50. The evaluation has been made within the framework of a computer model of hypergolic ignition developed for the neat nitrogen tetroxidemonomethyl hydrazine propellant system.
