Filters constrained to be minimum-phase are designed and evaluated as intra-array signal equalization filters. Two events occurring close in space and time and recorded at the 37-element short-period TFO array are examined. Filter performance is good for the first few cycles of the P waves, but is poor for the remainder of the P coda. Cross-application of filters produces essentially the same degree of equalization as the filter designed specifically for the event. Author
