Abstract:

This report presents the results of the Special Propellant Loading System PLS tests conducted at OSTF-2, VAFB, on Missile 3F during the period 14 November through 17 November 1961. One lox chilldown test and three lox tankings were accomplished as outlined in Test Directive for Phase B, Special PLS Testing Block III, Part 1, OSTF-2 ESG 654. These tankings were the first silo lox loadings ever conducted utilizing an actual missile. Author
