Abstract:

The invention relates to a process of desiccating materials sensitive to heat in a vacuum, and its characteristic consists in the fact that the goods to be desiccated by evaporation in a vacuum without the introduction of heat and at an absolute pressure of from 1 to 6 mm of mercury, are wholly or partly frozen.
