Abstract:

Part of a theoretic study dealing with the rupture of certain bonds with a biological importance is given CN peptidic bond, C-C in decarboxyla- PO ATP, PN phosphocreatine, OO by the respiratory enzymes. The mechanism of the reaction within the transition complex is studied by calculating the differences in potential energy between the successive states.
