Abstract:

The report represents a survey of unclassified automatic and semi-automatic test equipment for systems and for module testing. The report does not tabulate piece-part testers or built-in testers. Producers of test equipment listed in the 1965 report SETE No. 21085 were requested to review previous information and to make any changes they deemed desirable. Also, all other known automatic and semi-automatic electronic test manufacturers were canvassed for data on their instrumentation. In all, more than 600 requests for information were mailed. The responses to these requests plus a combing of the Project files resulted in the present compilation. Author
