Abstract:

The following is the conclusion on the influence of the A.P.P. on the albumin precipitin production in rabbit When A.P.P. is administered to rabbit with albumin antigen, it increases both the value titer and the quantity of precipitin, and it also shortens the latency period of precipitin formation. There is no direct parallel relationship between the value or titer and the quantity of precipitin in the same immunized rabbit.
