Abstract:

The introductory chapters of the book deal with the principles of microminiaturization and reliability problems. Miniature and special electronic elements are discussed, and some production methods concerning microminiaturization are described. The problems of proper microminiaturization such as the design and technology of RC circuits, modules, micromodules, and special-duty circuits are discussed. Further prospects for microminiaturization development are touched on in the conclusion. Author
