Abstract:
The influence of stresses or 25.4 kg.sq mm. on the magnetization curve 0-150 oe. of cast iron was investigated. This influence is visible. Stresses have no influence on the magnetization curve in weak fields of Ni. The phenomenon, characteristic for cast iron, is connected with the disturbing influence of nonferromagnetic components, since the coercive force of cast iron is not subject to the influence of stresses.
