Abstract:

A comprehensive list of organic semiconductors has been prepared to include compounds having low resistivities. Where electrical and mechanical properties were found, they were included. Five classes of compounds were reviewed and ten compounds were suggested as displaying electrical hysteresis effects due to mechanical loading. Included in the tables is a listing of physical properties of commercially available plastics.
