Abstract:

The uterine wall of rats plays a decisive role in the transport of proteins from mother to fetus. The malformation and death of the embryo after injection of Trypan blue in the mother are apparently caused by the disturbance of the transport the reduced amount of protein transported to the embryo might be only one of the lacking materials. The transport of serum protein is in itself of biological importance because it seems to play a role in the framework of the hypotheses of Schechtman Heterosynthesis and P. Weiss formation of lattices templates. Author
