Abstract:

The report is the Thirty-third Quarterly Status Report under Contract Nonr 22548, which began on 1 February 1959, and it reports the period of 1 February through 30 April 1967. At the present time there are six projects active under the contract I Raman Effects II Acoustic Microscope III Acoustic Waves in Semiconductors IV Electronic Focusing in Acoustic Delay Lines V RF Defocusing of Electrostatically Pinched Beams VI Thin Film Electroacoustic Amplifiers. Projects IV and V are new to this contract and reported herein for the first time.
