Abstract:
This report covers compliance testing of twenty-four samples of a hand-held orange smoke distress signal with Coast Guard specification, 46 CFR, Subpart 160.037. The signals were manufactured under Coast Guard Approval No. 160.03722 by the Harvell-Kilgore Corporation, Toone, Tennessee. The specimens tested were taken from Lot No. 73 dated September 1966.
