NAVAL RESEARCH LAB WASHINGTON DC
Pagination or Media Count:
The crevice corrosion of iron has been studied in quiescent sodium chloride solutions with and without chromate inhibitor. Polarization curves have been obtained using a special device which features an adjustable crevice width and provides for measurement of electrode potential within the crevice.
