Abstract:

This is a final scientific report on the characteristics and capabilities of Walsh functions. Research achievements in the areas of a Walsh transform of sampled time functions and sampling principle, b Walsh-function analysis of discrete dyadic-invariant systems, c time-domain analysis of discrete dyadic-invariant systems, d time-shift theorems for Walsh transforms and solution of difference equations, and e linear arrays excited by Walsh-shaped currents are summarized. Reprints are attached.
