Pagination or Media Count:
The question concerning the specificity of antigens derived from helminths, especially from the Ascaridae family, is of considerable scientific and practical importance. The purpose of this work is to determine the possibility of using the anaphylaxis reaction with desensitization to demonstrate the specific antigens in A. lumbricoides and A. suum. Since the sensitivity of this reaction is very high, it is possible to determine very minute amounts of the specific antigen.
