Abstract:

Literary data on the role of the entry tracts of allergens into an organism are scarce and rather contradictory. However, the majority of them testify to the disparity of the ways of entry of allergens in the development of the state of sensitization and to the fact that the tracts of penetration of allergens have important significance for the onset of some or other forms of allergic states. The basis of the paper was the experimental reproduction of anaphylactic shock of guinea pigs sensitized with maleic anhydride through the respiratory, oral, and joint respiratory and enteral tracts.
