The age of the material variously influences the growth of deformations under static and fluctuating loads. Under fluctuating loads, the instantaneous modulus of deformations after a defined number of cycles can decrease with an increase in the materials age. The full increments of deformations under fluctuating stress changes less with the age of the concrete than it does under static stress.
