The report proposes the incorporation of computer aided design and engineering CAD-E into the existing program at the US Army Materiel Commands USAMC Intern Training Center ITC. The benefits of CAD-E as well as the requirements and procedures for the implementation of CAD-E into the programs at the ITC are presented. A discussion of the three types passive, moderate-cost active, and large active systems of computer graphics terminals are presented. It is the conclusion of the report that the introduction of CAD-E at the ITC is desirable and recommendations for future research are discussed. Author
