The unsteady laminar boundary equations are solved numerically for oscillating outer flow velocity distributions. Some characteristic features of oscillating boundary-layers are observed and checked against existing analytical and experimental data. The response of the point of zero skin friction that marks flow reversal on the wall, to various outer flow oscillatory distributions is studied. Modified author abstract
