Abstract:
Researching and uncovering new effective remedies meeting the requirements and conditions of each particular case is possible with a consistent, purposeful synthesis and study of biological activity. The authors undertook the task of determining the advisability of a substitution of ethyl or methyl in the 2nd and 6th positions and also the reinforcement of ethyl in a series of carbamates of dehydropyranol derivatives. Two compounds were taken 2,5,6,6-tetramethyl-2-ethyl dihydropyranol-5 K3 and 2,6,5,6-tetramethyl-6-ethyl-dihydropyranol-5 K61. The main attention was given to the determination of the effect of carbamate derivatives on the higher nervous activity.
