The nonlinear phenomenological fluctuation-dissipation thermodynamics developed previously by the author is applied to mechanical systems described by a given Hamiltonian function. The thermodynamic relations of linear quadratic and cubic theories are given. A number of results are expressed in terms of the dissipative function.
