The red shift of the spectra of generation of rhodamine 6Zh and cryptocyanine solutions when excited by monopulses of solid body lasers is investigated. The relaxation character of the shift is confirmed by the dependence of the magnitude of spectra shift on pumping power. The decisive role of intramolecular relaxations is confirmed by the retention of the effect when the viscosity and temperature of the solutions change within broad limits. The absence of correlation between the shift of generation spectra and boundary losses in the resonator is established.
