Abstract:

Data were collected from a sample of 49 active U.S. Navy Recruiters assigned within the San Francisco Recruiting District, using survey interviews to identify attributes of effective recruiters. This report summarizes questionnaire responses, recommends consideration of changes to existing Recruiting Command policy and suggests areas of future research. Modified author abstract
