Abstract:
The sensitizing activity was studied of an allergen dysenterin following its intracutaneous administration. It was found that a diagnostic dose of the allergen containing 75-100 mcg of protein in 0.1 ml exerts a sensitizing effect. It is shown that decrease of the concentration by three times ensures a similar diagnostic result as compared with the initial concentration.
