Abstract:

The essay establishes the moral defense of the United States presence in Vietnam, without going into the modality of the war. Arguments are presented to prove that our actions are supported by the major religious groups of both Vietnam and the United States. Conditions for a just war are discussed from the point of view of Judaeo-Christian theological concepts.
