The general objectives of this effort were to improve the analytical tools available for studying chemical lasers and to apply these tools to further the understanding of chemical lasers. Four computer programs are described in the report 1 One-Dimensional Laser and Mixing Program ODLAMP 2 Laser and Mixing Program LAMP 3 Two-Dimensional Fresnel Integral Laser and Mixing Program TDFI-LAMP and 4 Method-of-Characteristics Laser and Mixing Program MOC-LAMP. Selected highlights are presented of the computer codes, analyses, results, conclusions and recommendations. The results presented include the effects of fueloxidizer ratios, cavity pressure, mixing, optical characteristics, mode of operation, boundary layer and an assessment of the relationship of chemical laser cavity conditions to pressure recovery methods.
