ODEL WITH INPUTS COORDINATED WITH MAINTENANCE AND SUPPLY PERSONNEL OF Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Alabama and the Materiel Management and Maintenance Directorates, U.S. Army Missile Command. The Systems Analysis Repair Cost SARC Model, developed in January 1971, proposed a mathematical model in which acquisition cost of circuit cards, as a single parameter, could be used to play against repair cost. The decision model used in this study is a modified SARC model. The model permitted the analysts to approximate cost effectiveness of a throwaway or repair policy. A model generalized for this specific requirement has been set up and by periodic updating of variable parameter input data, accuracy of current policy may be proved or disproved.
