Abstract:

The review provides a record of research in progress, together with illustrative achievements resulting from the basic research program of the Directorate of Chemical Sciences, Air Force Office of Scientific Research AFSC. There are three principal sections in the review. The first section presents various technical aspects of the program and their relationship to the Air Force. It includes articles on chemical kinetics, chemical instrumentation, chemical reactivity, and chemical structure and properties. The second section contains summaries of program statistics.
