Abstract:

The report presents a questionnaire that a course designer can use to help determine the need for instructional media, personnel, and time. Conceived as part of Rands MODIA project Methodology for Designing Instructional Alternatives, the questionnaire can also be used independently. The designer starts with a course divided into basic learning events. The questionnaire helps him to analyze each of these so that its costs and other resource requirements can be estimated.
