The report contains the results of multiple regression analyses of the intention to reenlist, employing organizational practices and preferences predictors at the individual, group, and organizational ship and shore station levels. The results indicate that a small number of measures may be employed to generate a six-category situational favorability index, for which reenlistment intention percentages vary from two least favorable situation to 66 most favorable.
