Abstract:

The annual report of the weather modification activities of the Air Weather Service covers the projects, their opeations and results, accomplished during FY 73. Its primary purpose is to inform AWS field personnel of the direction and progress in weather modification made during the year. Details of the projects are only briefly discussed as such details are published elsewhere, if warranted. The following projects are discussed in the text COLD DRAFT, COLD FLAKE, COLD CLEAR, COLD SIGHT, and COLD DECK. An operational endeavor at Fairchild AFB is also mentioned. Author
