Abstract:

The communication reports experimental results of the Hall effect in the undoped ZnSe single crystal after cobalt 60 gamma irradiation. Hall effect measurements were made on a Hall Sample of high-purity undoped ZnSe single crystal having the size of 4 mm x 2 mm x 1 mm.
