The Quick-Reacting General War Gaming System QUICK is designed to assist in the study of strategic conflicts involving a large-scale exchange of nuclear weapons. The system is structured into four major subsystems Data base Preparation, Plan Generation, Simulation, and Data Output subsystems. The report describes the data input subsystem which performs the function of accepting required input data and assembling a game data base which is suitable for input to the Plan Generation, Simulation, and Data Output subsystems.
