Although the motivation and primary emphasis of this work lies in the area of radar moving-band-stop filtering as well. The design and analysis of these filters are accomplished with the aid of a set of FORTRAN subroutines which are described and listed here. Examples illustrating the use of these subroutines and some typical results are included. Author
