There is a sharp reduction of spectral density of reflected radiation beginning in the 700-1000 km wavelength region. Sliding averaging with an averaging interval of about 5000 km was used. In this manner, for all practical purposes only the spatial trend caused by differences in the Suns altitude at various latitudes was filtered out. Of particular interest is the further filtration of the low-frequency vibrations in order to provide a more detailed explanation of the behavior of the spectrum for the vibrations of reflected radiation for wavelengths less than 700-1000 km. The paper attempts an analysis of this kind based on processing the materials obtained from observations of the radiation reflected from the earths surface and clouds, conducted by the satellite Kosmos-121.
