The purpose of the Pyrotechnic Metal Oxide Generator PMOG is to investigate the feasibility of using solid propellants for the generation of electrophilic gases. The report presents results of work necessary to evaluate existing test facilities, develop and test electrophilic generating propellants, and deliver six units for ground test verification of the concept. A survey of various test facilities capable of testing the effectiveness of electrophilic gas generators was conducted and recommendations were made for the selection of one facility. The primary effort in the propellant work was directed toward developing and characterizing a H2WO4 producing propellant for the PMOG system. A secondary effort was to study the feasibility in the laboratory of manufacturing H2MoO4, HReO4, and HBO2 producint propellants. Both nitrated polyester and double-base binder systems were investigated. Modified author abstract
