The effect of Al2O3 concentration in the electrolyte on the amount of dispersoid incorporated in Fe-Al2O3 alloy foil was studied. The ultimate tensile strength of the foils after a stress relief heat treatment at 400C for 40 min was measured. The as-deposited microhardness and the effect of the above stress relief heat treatment on it were also investigated.
