As part of a research program on the Navys transition to an All-Volunteer Force, the relationships between reenlistment rates and organizational conditions aboard 22 Navy ships are investigated. The organizational conditions of climate, leadership, and group process are found to account for statistically significant proportions of the variance in reenlistment rates. Author
