None of the new concepts have emerged as the best type of organizational structure, since industry seems to be using a combination of these concepts in formal organization. When looking at the human element in organizations however, there does seem to be an emerging pattern. Slowly, industrial organizations are shifting to a more supportive approach in their relations with employees.
