ARMY WAR COLL CARLISLE BARRACKS PA
Pagination or Media Count:
Todays issue of amnesty for deserters and draft evaders who avoided military service in Vietnam, presents a unique challenge to the Army. The basic question is What should be the Army position on amnesty. Many feel that this question was answered by the Department of Defense during the Senate hearings the paper finds, however, that the DOD position is inadequate and inconclusive.
