Pagination or Media Count:
During 1963 a long-term study of officer input, from the principal Air Force commissioning sources, was initiated. This study was designed to determine the predictability of an officers career decision and to evaluate relationships between career intent, various demographic, environmental and attitudinal factors, and career status. The report presents the development and validation of various scores designed to predict career status. Survey data were collected from individuals before they entered active duty, and annually, through five years of active military service.
